Red Carpets round the globe have been heating up with awards season.

Here are my picks for the best dressed at the Golden Globes 2012

Helen Mirren looking just extraordinary -sophisticated, stylish, age appropriate & stunning in Badgely Mischka !

Killer Couple Award – Not a big Brangelina fan but no doubt Angelina Jolie in Atelier Versace and Brad Pitt in Salvatore Ferragamo looked killer hot!

Beating her own Drum Award – Zooey Deschanel – love the lime green beaded custom made Prada dress  & big 60s hair – her new show New Girl is the best thing I have seen on TV since Modern Family too.. love it !

The Less is More Award  – goes to Michelle Williams – I love this girl and think she rarely has a wrong step but personally I reckon the headpiece is just a bit too much. The Jason Wu dress is so amazing I would have either gone with nothing or a simple sparkling diamond pin or something similarly understated in her hair.

Best Hair Award goes to Charlize Theron – love it – didn’t adore the dress unfortunately.. really call me fuddy duddy but really dislike those “mullet” style dresses.

No #1 Man on the Red Carpet Award – might be because I am just so happy to see Owen Wilson back  looking happy & relaxed on the red carpet, the fact that he took his Mama to the awards or just that he was stylin’.

How amazing do Josh Brolin & Diane Lane look – Flying the Flag for the Over Forties Award for sure. Diane is in Reem Acra and looked unreal  !
