What I Wore and More this Week

Written by Sally

The last week of school term for Ms 8 and kindergarten for Ms 5.

Highlights for me this week were definitely both my girls enjoying their end of year performances at gymnastics and hip hop – although i was happy for them winning their trophies for achievement the way they cheered each other on and congratulated others was far more of a proud mama moment for me. Packed this week with Personal Styling and Shopping clients and Queen St Mall was a favourite spot due to the new Zara, H&M and great range in Gorman at the moment – still managed to head to the sparkly Pacific Fair’s Xmas event on the GC and  The Emporium’s Summer cocktails and canapés launch back in Brisbane.

Some really lovely likeminded people at both – highlights definitely included meeting Monica Belluci twin and utterly chic Ellery clad Yvette from @fashionevolve on the GC, hanging with the gorgeous young gun Aicha from @thefashionheist who always includes this old bird to meeting the incomparably colourful Mary from @bmaryd – check out their instagrams and snapchats.

But the best times are always with family and close friends and I loved catching up with some of my favourite school mums who have become friends since Ms 8 started school 4 years ago. I am very lucky to know such cool, kind, inspiring and supportive women across all areas of my life. Very blessed indeed.

Looking forward to finishing up next week and going offline until mid january. My annual offline – defrag – refresh.

Taking client bookings and style workshop requests from 18 january onwards.
